Chef Ton is a dedicated cook and loves to prepare dishes that celebrate his culture and tradition. He graduated with a degree in culinary arts in the Philippines and has been in the food business for over 20 years. He loves serving people with fresh, delicious, and savory food that everyone will enjoy! When he arrived in the US in 2014, he started a small food business in the Arizona reservation area, which he enjoyed so much. He also pioneered and opened a hospital cafeteria in one of the critical access hospitals in AZ, which is one of his success stories in the food business.
