Eggrolls

Eggrolls (lumpiang Shanghai) are an ideal appetizer and are considered finger food served for gatherings and holiday banquets. This incredibly crispy eggroll is packed with pork or chicken and minced vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, garlic) and comes with a sweet yet spicy dipping sauce that will have everyone plunging up every piece.

BBQ ribs

BBQ ribs are spiced with a smoky-sweet dry rub and finished with home-made BBQ sauce that is marinated in brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, rosemary, and onion powder. These ribs are seasoned with a flavorful rub, then baked low and slow until tender and juicy to perfection. The result is mouth-watering, delicious, tender, and fall-off-the-bone ribs!

Pancit Canton

Pancit canton (stir-fried egg noodles) is one of the flavorful dishes you will love! It is prepared with trademark yellow noodles mixed with perfectly tender pork or chicken, shrimp, and stir-fried vegetables, all coated in the most aromatic and delectable sauce. The noodles and the sauce are cooked and stir-fried together in one pan that allows the noodles to absorb all the exquisite flavors on the saucepan.

Chicken wings

These chicken wings are made with simple ingredients which is a marination of salt and pepper. It is cooked to perfection to have an extra crispiness outside and juiciness inside with the best savory flavor that you will not be able to get enough of. Customers have the option to dip their wings with their choices of dipping sauce including sweet chili sauce, buffalo sauce and BBQ sauce.

Desserts

Banana lumpia uses the finest, sweetest plantain banana with a mixture of ripe jackfruit, brown sugar, and wrapped in a soft lumpia wrapper. This is served and eaten right away to maintain its crispiness. Banana lumpia can be partnered with either coffee or ice cream.

Ton "The Chef"

Chef Ton is a dedicated cook and loves to prepare dishes that celebrate his culture and tradition. He graduated with a degree in culinary arts in the Philippines and has been in the food business for over 20 years. He loves serving people with fresh, delicious, and savory food that everyone will enjoy!  When he arrived in the US in 2014, he started a small food business in the Arizona reservation area, the Navajo tribe, which he enjoyed so much. He also pioneered and opened a hospital cafeteria in one of the critical access hospitals in AZ, which is one of his success stories in the food business.
